Deb Kane has 20+ years as a microbiologist and food safety professional with extensive knowledge of food safety and quality systems, HACCP, Food Safety Plans and risk assessments. She has led HACCP certification courses, audit programs and is SQF & PCQI certified. Deb has a MS in Food Science and a Food Safety & Defense Certificate from Kansas State University; and has worked at Kraft General Foods, Campbell Soup Company, AeroFarms and now J&J Snack Foods Corp. Deb’s team provides food safety and quality support to J&J manufacturing and coman facilities; manages supply chain programs and regulatory support & nutritional labeling.
