Mick Miklos is a Program Director at the National Restaurant Association where he leads on food safety, human resources and risk prevention. Prior to joining the Association in 2013, Mick was the Vice President of Food Safety & Training for Waffle House, Inc. Mick is active with the Conference for Food Protection, the Ecolab Food Safety Advisory Board and the Board of the Georgia Restaurant Association among other groups. Mick is an author, a speaker and a food safety award recipient. He holds degrees from the University of South Carolina and is a Certified Professional in Food Safety through NEHA.
